A widget-first app: the point is not to open it. Your training week — how much you did, which days, split by activity — sits on the iPhone home screen or an Apple Watch face, and you glance at it.

You pick which activities count (walking, hiking, running, cycling, swimming and so on) and whether the chart is drawn in hours or distance, so the week reflects whatever you actually care about rather than a fixed idea of training.

It reads from Apple Health, with permission, and that is the whole data story. Everything is computed on the device: no account, no server, no network access at all. That is also why it no longer has anything to do with the Strava integration this project started as — dropping the backend removed the OAuth flow, the JWTs and the privacy question in one go.
